Request Your Test Kit

If the assessment confirms that you meet national guidelines for the MyRisk Hereditary Cancer Test, you’ll have the option of moving forward with the test using one of the two methods described below.

Meet with your medical provider

Meet with your medical provider

In about 2 to 3 weeks, your chosen healthcare provider will receive the results from your test and will contact you to discuss your results and develop a plan.

If you meet the criteria for hereditary cancer testing, you’ll have two options for completing the test.

Option 1
Request a Kit

Request a test kit at no cost and work with your own healthcare provider to complete the process.

Option 2
Telemed

Work with one of our virtual health providers who will arrange for you to collect a saliva sample at home and send it in.
